PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely transfer a medical device without impairing the working efficiency. SOLUTION: An X-ray generator 14 and an X-ray detector 15 are disposed movably between a supine radiography position and a standing radiography position. A subordinate manipulation part 44 for inputting a moving or stopping command to a drive part 57 of the X-ray generator 14 is mounted, in addition to a main manipulation part 43 for manipulating the X-ray detector 15, in a control panel 41 of the X-ray detector 15. The X-ray detector 15 is transferred to the supine radiography position or the standing radiography position by the manual operation, and a staff manipulates the X-ray generator 14 via the subordinate manipulation part 44 from there to transfer the X-ray generator 14 to the position of the X-ray detector 15.
