<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive composition for temporary fixation. <P>SOLUTION: The two-agent type composition is characterized in that a composition containing (A) polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, (B) monofunctional (meth)acrylate, (C) a conductive substance, (D) a polymerization initiator, and (E) a polymerization promoter is divided into two agents of a first agent and a second agent, (D) the polymerization initiator is contained at least in the first agent, and (E) the polymerization promoter is contained at least in the second agent. (F) A polymerization inhibitor or (G) a particulate substance which is dissolved in neither (A) nor (B) may also be contained. It may also be used as the adhesive composition for temporary fixation. There are provided a method for temporary fixation of a member characterized in that a member is adhesively temporarily fixed using the two-agent type composition, the temporarily fixed member is processed, at least a hardened body of the composition is immersed in warm water at 90°C or less and the processed member is removed; and a method for surface protection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
