PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a display image by making the connection part of display panels not conspicuous in a display device which is constituted by arranging two or more display panels side by side. SOLUTION: The display device including at least one first display panel of a self-luminous type and at least one second display panel of a non-self-luminous type, has an overlapping section where a part of a rear face of the first display panel and a part of a display face of the second display panel are overlapped by facing each other. The first display panel and the second display panel include a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The non-display area of the first display panel in the overlapping section overlaps the display area of the second display panel, and the non-display area of the second display panel in the overlapping area overlaps the display area of the first display panel.
