摘要 <p>The device for the protection of cutter table, comprises a conveyor device (2) for function damaging thermal load, where the free surfaces in the cutter table that pass through a cutting beam and strike on part or part surface of the conveyor device, are covered by specially formed support elements so that a direct hitting of a vertical cutting beam emerging from the cutting joint is eliminated. The support device comprises elements with transverse standing areas that interrupt free surfaces for a cutting beam passage in the table from workpiece (3) up to hitting on the conveyor device. The device for the protection of cutter table, comprises a conveyor device (2) for function damaging thermal load, where the free surfaces in the cutter table that pass through a cutting beam and strike on part or part surface of the conveyor device, are covered by specially formed support elements so that a direct hitting of a vertical cutting beam emerging from the cutting joint is eliminated. The support device comprises elements with transverse standing areas that interrupt free surfaces for a cutting beam passage in the table from workpiece (3) up to hitting on the conveyor device and prevent a harmful heating of the conveyor device through the cutting beam. All fundamental passage stretches of the cutting beam interrupt in the entire of the cover of the protection device. The protection device indicates the protection effect through the cutting beam interruption, when the cutting beam not completely passes vertically to verticals. The protection effect causes a slop of cutting beam of 10[deg] to verticals through cutting beam interruption. The protective device allows a flow of the melt or fluid dross and further drop down part from the workpiece and also from the workpiece carrier as also slag adhesion or other agglomerates. The protective device comprises transversely arranged metal sheets, whose vertical projections completely cover on a horizontal plain in sum of the surfaces of the conveying device projecting from the plain. The metal sheets are arranged above one another in different plains in order to allow the free area between the plains for the movement of the melt and part of the conveying device. The metal sheets pass next to one another in rib-shaped manner. The vertical projection of the metal sheets completely covers on a plain in sum of the surface of the conveying device projecting from the plain. Air distribution channels incorporated in the table are arranged diagonally to conveying direction so that they possess surface elements and are arranged together so that the vertical projection of the surface elements completely covers at any horizontal plain in total of the surface of the conveying device projecting from the plain. The surface of the air distribution channels inclined towards bottom in conveying direction is arranged for supporting the conveying and prevention of blocking of bulky parts. The combination of obliquely formed areas and the channels form a sufficient section separation within the table between differently actuated suction areas that are superfluous to creating sections- or chamber separation. The protective device is arranged in stationary table and also in one of the cutting edge burner movement and fulfills the protection function.</p>
