<p>The invention relates to a method for measuring or detecting the fouling of a container containing a fluid, said method comprising the following steps: using, in at least one heating element, an energization signal that is modulated so that said at least one heating element generates and spreads a controlled, uniform heat flow that periodically varies over time, the energization signal being continuously used during the time when the fouling is being measured or detected; measuring a temperature response signal by means of an element, for measuring parietal temperature (Tw), that is placed in the resulting spread, controlled, uniform heat flow and is moreover placed directly or indirectly in contact with the fluid by means of at least one interface element; and predetermining the fouling formed on the temperature-measuring element or on said at least one interface element on the basis of the temperature response signal and the energization signal.</p> |
