PURPOSE: A probe for measuring suspension and ground and an apparatus using the same are provided to calculate the electrical resistivity of the target ground without being inserted into the ground. CONSTITUTION: A housing(110) inserts the terminal cable of the impedance analyzer into inside. A plurality of electrodes(120) is formed on the leading end of the housing, and is electrically connected to a terminal cable of the impedance analyzer. A length control rod(130) of the hollow pipe shape is combined with the housing detachably.
