The invention relates to a low-consumption demodulator formed by a circuit comprising a voltage multiplier (1) which increases the input voltage, a voltage limiter (2) which prevents the voltage from exceeding a pre-determined level, a current source (3) which conditions the processed signal, a low-pass filter (4) which stabilizes the signal and a comparator (5) which produces the output signal as a function of two signals originating from the preceding assembly, one of which is used as a reference in order to adapt the processed signal.
