The device has a housing (1) enclosing a chamber (10), and a ventilator wheel (7) rotatably supported in the chamber. The ventilator wheel is connected with a drive unit. An inlet channel (3) flows into the chamber in a region of a rotation axis of the ventilator wheel. Two outlet channels are attached to the chamber at positions (11) tangential to the ventilator wheel, where the positions are displaceable in a circumferential direction of the ventilator wheel. The outlet channels are guided out from the housing. An independent claim is also included for a system for loading a feed shaft.
