PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a front or rear emission device process by forming a first electrode with a wiring metal. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor layer(120) is positioned on the non-pixel region of a substrate. A first electrode is positioned on a pixel region and the non-pixel region and is electrically connected to a semiconductor layer. A gate insulation layer exposes the part of the first electrode on the pixel region and is positioned on the front of the substrate. A gate electrode(150) is positioned on the upper side of the gate insulation layer and corresponds to the semiconductor layer. A pixel defining layer(160) exposes the part of the first electrode. An organic layer is positioned on the first electrode. A second electrode is positioned on the front of the substrate.
