PURPOSE: A three dimensional(3d) image display device are provided to generate polarization according to rotation by using two lenticular sheets. CONSTITUTION: A lenticular sheet(100) comprises a substrate(140), an UV film layer(130), and a lens layer(110) A substrate is comprised of a transparent plastic substrate such as a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) An UV film layer is formed with an adhesive layer combining a lens layer in the substrate. The lens layer is adhered to the substrate. The lens layer is formed with an UV curable acrylate which is hardened by UV radiation. The UV film layer has a refraction index from a lens layer to adjust the refraction angel of light which enters the lens layer. A pattern sheet(200) comprises a substrate(220) and an upper pattern layer(240).
