PURPOSE:To obviate stopping of oscillation and instability in oscillation frequency by forming a coating film having elasticity and water repellency on the surface of an electricl oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 11a of a connecting wire for impressing a voltage from an oscillating circuit is connected on the electrode film 2a of an electrical oscillator 1 and the film 2a including the juncture of the wire 11a is formed of a coating film 12 of silicone rubber, etc. having elasticity and water repellency. Then even if condensation and sticking of foreign matter on the surface arise, the surface is protected by the coating film and therefore the stopping of oscillation during the impression of the voltage is prevented or the oscillating frequency is stabilized.
