PURPOSE: An optical filter and a method of fabricating the same are provided to reduce production costs, make a process simple, and reduce process time by replacing a black ceramic printing process and a sintering process with a resin tape bonding process or a first resin coating. CONSTITUTION: An anti-reflective layer, an external optical-shield layer, an electromagnetic wave shielding layer, a near infrared ray shielding layer, a color correction layer, an antiglare layer, and an anti- fog layer. The transparent supporting body has high transparency and thermal resistance. The color resin edge part comprises a resin. The color resin edge part is comprised of the resin tape(210) or the first rinse coating layer. The resin tape is bonded according to the outside of the display filter.
