PURPOSE: A safety sealing device for over-heating prevention of pipes with heating lines inside is provided to prevent water leakage and overheat, since the deformation of a support unit is minimized by the heat of a heating line. CONSTITUTION: A safety sealing device for over-heating prevention of pipes with heating lines inside comprises a connector, a case(100), a support unit(200), a heat medium fluid flowing case(400), a packing(421), and a nut member(430). The connector connects a heating line and a wire(700). The case has a pressing piece(110) fixed by a stepped portion hanging projection(102) by a stepped portion(111). A tapered hole(112) is formed inside the pressing piece projected to the outside of the case. The silicon sealing portion(120) is inserted in the inclined hole to maintain air-tightness. The support unit is located under the silicon sealing portion and is inserted inside the heat medium fluid flowing case. The support unit supports the silicon sealing portion. The support unit has a protrusion(220), a lower contact part(230), and a penetrated hole(210). The protrusion contacts inner surface of the case. The lower contact part contacts the top inner surface of the heat medium fluid flowing case. The lower contact part blocks the inflow of the external heat medium fluid. The heating line is inserted into the penetrated hole. The heat medium fluid flowing case has a projection(410), a top male screw part(420), a heat medium fluid flowing hole(413), a pipe insertion groove(422), and a bottom male screw part(423). |
