PURPOSE: A liquid crystal lens panel for increasing the manufacturing efficiency is provided to decrease a liquid crystal cell gap with the implementation of the liquid crystal lens of a Fresnel type. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(340) includes a plurality of separate electrodes. The voltage is applied to each electrode in order to have the light path length distribution of a fresnel lens shape. A second substrate(380) includes a common electrode. The common electrode faces with separate electrodes. A liquid crystal layer(390) is interposed between the first and the second substrates. A light blocking member is arranged in an area corresponding to separate electrode applying the voltage.
