PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention information processor and disaster prevention information display system, for presenting that disaster prevention information is broadcasted by one-segment broadcasting in such a manner that a user easily recognizes the broadcasting. SOLUTION: The disaster prevention information processor includes: a display equipment information DB storing part 51 for storing display identification information for identifying displays installed within a one-segment broadcast receivable area of a corresponding region of each transmission region information of disaster information; a notification information receiving part 52 for receiving disaster prevention information broadcast notification and transmission region information transmitted from a disaster prevention broadcast management device 10 for managing disaster prevention information; a notification information display equipment determining part 53 for extracting display identification information corresponding to the received transmission region information from the stored display identification information; and a notification information transmitting part 54 for transmitting the received disaster prevention information broadcast notification to be displayed on a display shown by the extracted display identification information.
