PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form different breakage patterns for respective stickers. SOLUTION: In a re-labeling prevention sticker, an OVD (optically variable device) layer and an adhesive layer are layered sequentially on a support formed of a polymer resin material, and a peeling layer using an active energy curable resin is arranged between the support and the OVD layer. In the peeling layer, only the part at least partially or fully irradiated with active energy rays is easily peeled from the support, and adhesive power between a cured part and the support is smaller than that between the adhesive layer and an adherend.
