PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image editing device which enables a plurality of users to edit a single moving image concurrently and to share a moving image edited by anyone of the plurality of users. SOLUTION: This moving image editing device 2 has: a storage part 6 for storing a first moving image; a stack memory 14 for storing a read request of requesting that a range of at least a part of the first moving image is read from the storage part 6, or a write request of requesting that a range of at least a part of the first moving image is replaced by a second moving image different from the first moving image whenever the request is received from a terminal; and an export processing part 16 for outputting to the terminal the moving image in which an overlapping range of a read range concerning the first moving image is replaced by the second moving image when the read request is read from the stack memory 14 in the case where the second moving image in which a range overlapping at least a part of the read range designated by the read request is a replacement target is received.
