PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding structure of a bicycle which is applicable to a bicycle having upper and lower pipes. SOLUTION: Toothed ring devices are used between an upper pipe and a seat pipe and between a lower pipe and the seat pipe, or between the upper pipe and an upper seat pipe and between the lower seat pipe and a lower seat pipe, and also on a front fork pipe. When a plurality of teeth in the toothed ring device are engaged with each other, since a ring with movable teeth is pressed against a ring with fixed teeth by a fixing unit, the rings are prevented from being dropped off due to the loosening of engagement between the ring with the movable teeth and the ring with the fixed teeth.
