<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and instantaneously notify a radio base station monitoring device of the failure of a radio base station. <P>SOLUTION: In the radio communication system of traveling object, a radio terminal obtains the failure information of a radio base station in which any failure is generated, and stores it in the storage means of the radio terminal, and when the radio base station to which the radio terminal is connected is abnormal, the other radio base station is retrieved by the radio terminal, and when the radio terminal is connected to the normal radio base station, the failure information stored in the storage means is transmitted from the radio terminal to a failure information receiver.
