<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus housing box for reducing the number of components for supporting a protection plate arranged to avoid a contact accident to a transformer and a circuit breaker and facilitating removing work in the electric apparatus housing box used for a cubicle high-voltage initial power receiving facility and a switchboard. <P>SOLUTION: The electric apparatus housing box 1 includes the protection plates 6 covering an electric apparatus to which a high voltage is applied and supporting members 7 for supporting the protection plates 6. A supporting groove (upper groove 71) in a groove rail shape, which supports one side of upper and lower sides of the protection plate and a fixing groove (lateral groove 72) in a groove rail shape, which locks and fixes a fixing unit arranged on the other side of the protection plate, are integrally formed in the supporting member 7. An end side of one protection plate in the protection plates 6 which are adjacently arranged in a vertical direction is supported in the upper groove 71.
