An information processor is provided in an energy system that comprises a plurality of storage batteries and rechargeable power sources. The storage batteries: have an individually set maximum and minimum SOC, which are the charging and discharging limit points respectively; are able to be charged or discharged according to a control from outside; and have a measurable SOC value. The information processor individually controls the charging and discharging of the storage batteries so that when the storage batteries are being charged, the charge state of the storage batteries is maintained up until the SOC obtained from the batteries reaches the maximum SOC, and when the storage batteries are being discharged, the discharge state of the storage batteries is maintained up until the SOC obtained from the batteries reaches the minimum SOC. |
