The arrangement (1) has a boundary (9) for distinguishing an aggregate (3) i.e. internal combustion engine, from an environment (11). The boundary has a phase transition heat accumulator (13) with two portions in two phases. The accumulator portions are variable under heat emission or heat absorption such as heat of fusion, heat of solution, crystallization heat and/or heat of adsorption. The phase transition heat accumulator possesses warm-damming characteristics. The phase transition of the accumulator takes place in presence of adsorbent by reversible physisorption of an adsorbate. The phase transition heat accumulator and/or the adsorbent and/or the adsorbate is selected from a group consisting of silica gel, metal hydride, zeolite, sodium sulfate, salt hydrate, alum, paraffin, hard paraffin, alcohol, sugar, mixture of sugar and alcohol or barium hydroxide.
