摘要 <p>A flying car with vertical takeoff and landing is provided. The upper part of a car body (20) is equipped with an upper rotor (3) and a lower rotor (26) coaxially and oppositely rotated with respect to the upper rotor (3). The upper rotor (3) and the lower rotor (26) are equipped with automatic rotor locating and gathering devices (1) enabling the rotors to gathering backwards automatically. An inner rotor shaft extending and retracting device (18) is mounted below a final drive (22) with bevel gear. An outer rotor shaft (25) is provided with an automatic rotor-shaft locating device (23) enabling the upper rotor (3) and the lower rotor (26) to be located backwards automatically after gathering. The lower rotor (26) is provided with a control device (24) for periodic torque and total torque, and the power conversion between the rotors and wheels can be realized conveniently. A controllable shaft coupling (5, 17) can be controlled to be ON or OFF. The rear part of the car body (20) is equipped with controllable rotor brackets (8) used as stabilizing wings. When the flying car with vertical takeoff and landing is running on the road, the controllable rotor brackets (8) rise during rotation to support and fix the rear parts of the upper and lower rotors (3,26). When the flying car with vertical takeoff and landing is taking off or landing vertically or flying, the controllable rotor brackets (8) lower during rotation, and the upper rotor (3) is extended away from the lower rotor (26), and coaxially and oppositely rotated with respect to the lower rotor (26) to generate the lift force. The flying car can take off and land vertically and fly by controlling the control device (24) for periodic torque and total torque and an accelerator.</p>
