PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce furthermore a thermal strain error of a diaphragm part. SOLUTION: A diaphragm groove part 53 is formed to an outer edge part 51 of the diaphragm part 5. Hereby, a sidewall part 54 which is thinner than the outer edge part 51 is formed, a restriction force in the radial direction of a thin part 52 is reduced, and thermal strain of the thin part 52 in the radial direction is easily generated. Then, thermal expansion of the thin part 52 can is easily released to the outside in the radial direction by displacement of the sidewall part 54, and displacement of a center part 52a in the displacement direction of the thin part 52 to a combustion pressure is suppressed furthermore.
