PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an extension telephone call service, in the same IP network system, without separately installing any extension server device. SOLUTION: A radio base station is configured to make an extension telephone call with another radio base station installed within the same IP network. The radio base station has a function for converting Uplink data of an upward data form into Downlink data of a downward data form. The radio base station further includes a function for performing synchronization with a radio base station of a communication partner, and a function for performing authentication processing of user data.
