The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for controlling anal fistulae, comprising: a step of mixing a predetermined effective amount of natural safflower, Radix notoginseng, Lightyellow Sophora, Radix elecampane, Rumex, pine resin, Sassafras tree, Radix glycyrrhizae, Testudinis carapax, Rhizoma rhei, Herba Ephedrae, Natrii sulfas, Herba Menthae, Radix Paeoniae, Aconiti tuber, Corni fructus, gypsum and Radix phellodendri materials with an aqueous medium to prepare a basic mixture; a step of extracting the basic mixture using water for 1 to 2 hours at a temperature of approximately 65 to 75°C to prepare an aqueous mixture; a step of filtering the aqueous mixture to prepare a filtrate; and a step of evaporating the filtrate such that the filtrate has a moisture content of 30% to obtain an extract which can be used as a therapeutic agent for hemorrhoids including anal fistulae. The present invention also provides a composition for controlling anal fistulae prepared by the method. |
