PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform two different kinds of machining work when working a rotating workpiece with a fixed cutting tool only by moving the cutting tool in parallel without replacing the cutting tool or changing the turning direction of the workpiece. SOLUTION: Two kinds of edges having different functions are provided in combination at the tip of a handle of the cutting tool. The cutting edges include, a right (left) single-edged cutting tool, a right (left) faced cutting tool, a right (left) straight cutting tool, a right (left) cutting tool for chamfer, a right (left) corner cutting tool, a right (left) round-end cutting tool, a right (left) female screw cutting tool, a right (left) drilling tool, an end surface cutting tool, a cut-off tool, a grooving tool, a square corner straight tool, a point corner straight tool, a male screw cutting tool, a forming tool, or the like.
