PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a difference in the amount of displacement in relation to a probe holder as small as possible and thereby to enable correct testing. SOLUTION: In this probe device, an attaching device which attaches a joint block to the underside of a support block includes a recessed place which is formed in either one of the joint block and the support block, a connecting member which is fitted in the recessed place, a first screw member which attaches the connecting member to the joint block or the support block, and a second screw member which pierces the connecting member in the vertical direction and is screwed to the other of the joint block and the support block.
