PURPOSE: A multifunctional water tank is provided to extend the durability thereof by excluding the possibility in the abrasion caused when performing a welding operation. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional water tank includes a tank unit(100), a manhole exhausting unit(200) and a pipe unit(300). The manhole exhausting unit exhausts hydrochloric acid gas, and the pipe unit supplies and discharges water. An ultraviolet inspection unit irradiates an ultraviolet ray onto the water stored inside the tank unit. The tank unit includes a lower body(110), an upper body(120), a main sealing member, and a main clamp(140). The lower body includes a floor plate, a lower bending unit, a sub sealing member and a sub clamp.
