PURPOSE: A device for supplying an operation voltage to a memory is provided to prevent the operation voltage from being supplied to the memory during communication of a modem in a module for communication. CONSTITUTION: A signal I/O(Input/Output) port(100) inputs an operation voltage that a terminal supplies. According to a communication command, a modem(110) performs communication. The communication command is inputted from the terminal through the signal I/O port. A memory(120) stores fixed data. The fixed data is inputted/outputted through the signal I/O port in the terminal. A switching unit(150) supplies or blocks the operation voltage to or from the memory by control of the modem. |
