PURPOSE: Boots for a rain coat are provided, which facilitate carrying and prevent safety accident by coating noctilucent material on an outer cover of boots. CONSTITUTION: Boots for a rain coat comprise: a non-slip member(2) of a foot shape for preventing slipping; a foot receiving portion(4) of elastic material which is closely connected to the upper side of the non-slip member; a neck part(6) of elastic material which is extended to one side of the top side of the foot receiving portion vertically; a first rubber band(8) which is placed between the foot receiving portion and neck part; a second rubber band(10) blocking inflow of foreign materials; and a zipper set(12) which is installed in order to open and close the foot receiving portion and neck part. |
