PURPOSE: A bidirectional optical transceiver module for increasing the receive sensitivity is provided to output the reflected light to the outside of the optical module by a reflection unit. CONSTITUTION: A transmission-sided laser diode(10) outputs optical signal. A splitter(30) passes through the outputted optical signal. The splitter transfers the optical signal to an optical fiber ferrule(20). The splitter reflects the optical signal inputted by the optical fiber ferrule through an optical fiber. A reflecting part(40) reflects the reflected light to the outside of an optical module. The light does not pass through the splitter.
