<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, driving method therefor, and an electronic equipment, capable of reducing motion picture blurrs and flickers, at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: Motion of an image is detected by comparing a first video signal 20A with a second video signal 20A (S1). Then, by utilizing the detection result, a video signal corresponding to the motion picture, and a video signal corresponding to a still picture are detected (S2). The duty ration of the video signal corresponding to the motion picture is set to mode 1, the duty ratio of the video signal corresponding to the still picture is set to mode 2 (S3 and S4), and the value of the video signal 20A is converted so as to become a value corresponding to a size of the duty ratio (S5 and S6). An analog video signal 20A of the size corresponding to a mode is output to a signal line drive circuit 23 at a prescribed timing, and an erasure selection signal or a light emission selection signal are output to a power line drive circuit 25 at a prescribed timing (S7 and S8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
