PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle multidirectional visual-recognition device in which brightness of a door mirror with a first visual-recognition mechanism felt by a driver substantially corresponds to brightness of a second reflection mirror with a second visual-recognition mechanism so that the visual-recognition is improved. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle multidirectional visual-recognition device 11 includes: the first visual-recognition mechanism 53 comprising a door window glass 51 and a door mirror 41; and a second visual-recognition mechanism 54 comprising a first reflection mirror 15 provided in a door-mirror housing 42, a sub window glass 32 continued to the door window glass 51 through a frame (sub pillar 31), and a second reflection mirror 16 for reflecting the light transmitting through the sub window glass 32 toward the driver Sn. The second visual-recognition mechanism 54 sets the brightness of the light (reflection light 56) received by the passenger (driver) Sn to be substantially equivalent to the brightness of the light (reflection light 57) of the first visual-recognition mechanism 53.
