A method, system, base station and mobile terminal device for collaborative communication are provided in the embodiments of the present invention, which can multiplex open-loop and closed-loop users, and improve the utilization ratio of frequency spectrum of the system. The method in the embodiment of the present invention includes: receiving channel state information transmitted by users, wherein the channel state information is channel state information of line-of-sight signals of the users obtained by eliminating channel state information of multi-path signals (11); obtaining the channel state information of the closed-loop users who are channel orthogonal with the users (12); making use of the channel state information of the line-of-sight signals of the users and the channel state information of the closed-loop users to perform pre-coding calculation (13); making use of the result of the pre-coding calculation to transmit communication data to the users (14).
