PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic transducer which is excellent in performance and carries out piston vibration of a diaphragm by double support structure configured with a few components. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic transducer 10 includes a magnetic circuit and a diaphragm 15. The magnetic circuit includes a permanent magnet 13, a bottom frame 12, a top frame 11, and a plate 14. The bottom frame 12 fixes one magnetic pole face of the permanent magnet 13. The top frame 11 includes an opening 11a formed at another magnetic pole side. The plate 14 is fixed to a magnetic pole face of another side. In the diaphragm 15, a voice coil pattern 15g is arranged at side faces 15b and 15c in the longitudinal direction and a top surface 15a. The peripheral edge at the top surface 15a in the diaphragm 15 joins to the peripheral edge at opening 11a in the top frame 11 through a top gasket 16. Moreover, a flange part 15f at the tip peripheral edge of 4 side faces in the diaphragm 15 joins to the inner surface of the top frame 11, that is, the interior of the magnetic circuit, through a bottom gasket 18.
