The system has a rod-shaped rotor forming a radial mass movement, where primary axle (201) of the rotor is fixed at another axle (204) of a rotor. Multiple masses are concentrated at one end and rotated in an opposite direction. The masses are set in a motion radially or cyclically such that the masses modify an effective radius of action relative to an axis of rotation of earth and Coriolis accleration is converted into usable mechanical energy. The axle of the secondary rotor lies parallel to axis of the earth and drives a generator (205).
