PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide form fixing hardware and a reinforcing construction method for an existing structure using it, which are used when the aseismatic reinforcing of an existing structure such as a building, a structure or the like of reinforced concrete is performed and which can achieve easy and prompt fixation or removal of the form without performing impactive operation such as hammering a key with a hammer or the like or striking, loosening it or the like in the pulling direction. SOLUTION: The form fixing hardware used for fixing the forms 5a, 5b which are arranged so that they can block the clearance between the inner peripheral surface of the opening 1a formed on the existing structure to be reinforced and a reinforcing frame 4 installed in the opening includes a hardware body 71 which is brought into engagement with and supported by the reinforcing frame 4 and a pressing bolt 72 provided to the hardware body in a coming-out and withdrawal manner. By pressing the outer surface of the form by the pressing bolt directly or through the medium of an intermediate member, the form can be sandwitched and fixed between the pressing bolt or the intermediate member and the reinforcing frame.
