PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of coping with various external power supply voltages. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 1 includes a first delay section 11 for outputting a first delay signal for which an input signal is time-delayed, corresponding to the external power supply voltage; a second delay section 12 for outputting a second delay signal for which the input signal is time-delayed corresponding to an internal power supply voltage generated from the external power supply voltage; a comparison section 14a for comparing the external power supply voltage with a reference voltage; and an output section 14 for selecting and outputting either one of the first delay signal or the second delay signal, on the basis of the comparison result of the comparison section 14a.
