<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance type weight sensor suitable for the use monitoring care, prevention or movement of objects by detecting the object from lightweight (gram) to heavy weight (ton), and uniformly detecting a weight of pressure increase or decrease of a sensor face as capacity change or continuously detecting minute movement or the like of the object. <P>SOLUTION: In the sensor provided with a structure covering the outermost periphery with an expandable insulation material by providing a spacer 4 having elasticity on a dielectric sheet 6 to be sandwiched between two aluminum resin composite panels so as to compose a capacitor electrode, covering the circumference of the capacitor electrodes S-3a, E-3b with insulators 2, further covering the circumference with a shield electrode (reinforced aluminum plate) 1, and further composing the structure enclosed with a waterproof tape of an aluminum resin composite panel united plate, a spacer 4, in particular, uses high functional urethane foam or the like where compression residual strain is very small by high friction force of 1-3 mm thick, while a cover insulator 5 uses a material expanded and contracted with pressure increase from outside, and shielding uses an expandable material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
