PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat sheet automatically laying device which a toilet seat sheet does not easily peel off of a seating face and drop into a toilet bowl, and which fatigue breakdown is not easily generated on a rotatably supported part of a toilet seat. SOLUTION: The toilet seat is composed of a base side seat section and an end side seat section and is set on the toilet bowl by rotating the end side seat section on which a toilet seat sheet is adsorbed while drawing out the base side seat section horizontally at the time of use. After use, the toilet seat sheet is blown up from the toilet seat, the base side seat section is drawn back, the end side seat section is raised up, and the toilet seat sheet floated above is dropped inside the toilet bowl along the seating face. Thus the toilet seat can be stored compactly, even the toilet seat sheet stuck on the seating face becomes easily peeled off of the seating face, the rotating part of the toilet seat is light weighted with only the end side seat section, and fatigue breakdown is not easily generated on the rotatably supported part of the toilet seat.
