PURPOSE: A multi-grit burr is provided, which provides guidance function in deletion operation process and improves stability of the deletion operation. CONSTITUTION: A multi-grit burr comprises: a shank part(110) which is combined with a handpiece and revolves along a rotary shaft; a tip part(150) which is arranged in the same line as the rotary shaft and to which a deletion material deleting patient's teeth is attached; and a neck part(130) interlinking the shank part and a deletion part. In the tip part, a spatial domain in which the deletion material is not attached is equipped.
