PURPOSE: A polymer nano-composite is provided to ensure excellent dispersion stability and to improve mechanical properties through organification. CONSTITUTION: A polymer nano-composite comprises 100.0 parts by weight of base rubber, 3~30 parts by weight of layered clay mineral filler, and additive. The base rubber comprises one or two kinds selected from emulsion-type natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, fluorine rubber and their mixture. The additive comprises 100.0 parts by weight of base rubber, 0.5~5 parts by weight of cross-linking agent, 0.5~5 parts by weight of crosslinking promoter, 2~10 parts by weight of activation reagent, and 1~10 parts by weight of antiaging agent. |
