ACTIVITIES ENHANCEMENT OF ANTI-OXIDANT OF CHITOSAN MIXTURE ADDED WITH COMPLEX ADDITIVES

PURPOSE: A chitosan mixture containing complex additive for antioxidation is provided to suppress fat accumulation and to enhance anti-obesity. CONSTITUTION: A chitosan mixture of antioxidation contains a complex additive of vitamin C and organic acid. The mixture contains 1-25 weight parts of vitamin and 1-25 weight parts of organic acid based on 100 weight parts of chitosan. The organic acid is acetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, maleic acid or tartaric acid.
