ANTI-STATIC ADHESIVE COMPOSITION AND POLARIZING PLATE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An anti-static adhesive composition is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force between a polarized light device and a transparent protective film and to impart high antistatic property to a polarizing plate. CONSTITUTION: An anti-static adhesive composition includes, based on 100.0 parts by weight of water, 1-10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol resin and 0.5-9.5 parts by weight of alkali metal salts represented by chemical formula 1: Li^+X^-. The composition further includes 1-100 parts by weight of cross-linking agent based on 100.0 parts by weight of the polyvinyl alcohol resin. In chemical formula 1, X is halogen.
