FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and deals with method of predicting stability of spectrin-actin complex of membranes of erythrocytes in pregnant women in during exacerbation of herpes-viral infection in third trimester. Essence of method lies in the following: by ELISA method titre of antibodies to herpes virus is determined.
