PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition method of an existing building that can considerably shorten a construction period by improving work efficiency.SOLUTION: The demolition method of the existing building 11 includes, when demolishing a ground part 1 of the existing building 11, constructing a temporary soil pressure wall 14 in a position spaced inward by a predetermined distance from an existing external wall part 16 of an underground part 17, filling back-filling soil 15 between the temporary soil pressure wall 14 and the existing external wall part 16 to receive soil pressure by the temporary soil pressure wall 14 instead of the existing external wall part 16, and carrying out removal work of underground obstacles 27 in a newly built underground external wall part when demolishing the underground part 17 of the existing building 11. |
