The present invention relates to a method for the optimized preparation and delivery of food additives to selected foods, comprising the steps of: granulating a food additive and/or food additive mixture to a predefined granulate size, introducing the food additive and/or food additive mixture at the predefined granulate size into a mill, optionally prescribing a mill setting providing a grinding of the food additive and/or food additive mixture tuned to the food, grinding the food additive and/or food additive mixture present in the mill, and simultaneously applying the ground food additive and/or food additive mixture to the food that is ready for consumption, such that the continuous absorption of the food additive and/or food additive mixture can take place in the natural environment in small concentrations. |
