PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly push out all powdery materials and solid materials fallen into an inner cylindrical body from an opening of an inner valve to a discharge port of an outer valve.SOLUTION: A fixed amount discharge device by a valve member in which the valve member includes an outer cylinder serving as an outer valve, an inner cylinder serving as an inner valve rotatably assembled in the outer cylinder and a pushing operation body having a sliding part assembled in the inner cylinder, rotates the inner cylinder with driving force of a drive source, includes a fitted part on a tip side of an inner peripheral wall in the inner cylinder, and a protruded fitting part fitted in the fitted part in a tip of a sliding part of the pushing operation body. The pushing operation body is turned to a discharge port in the outer cylinder together with the inner cylinder by the driving force of the drive source in a state of accommodating in the fitted part the powdery materials and solid materials other than liquid which are fallen out of a hopper. |
