PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fizzing candy soft and pleasant on the tongue through a simple production process at low cost.SOLUTION: A composition for tabletting the fizzing candy is produced by admixing glucose sugar ≥97 wt.% of which is composed of particles each having a particle diameter of ≤300 μm, and maltose and/or sorbitol at a rate of (9.5:0.5) to (5.5:4.5). The fizzing candy and a method for producing the fizzing candy are provided. |
